HOLYPAY CREATOR COLLAB PROGRAM
HolyPay Creator Collab Terms
Effective Date: October 25, 2026.
PLEASE READ THESE CREATOR COLLAB TERMS CAREFULLY.
These HolyPay Creator Collab Terms (Collab Terms) are between Holymunity, Inc., doing business as HolyPay (HolyPay, we, or us), and the individual or entity participating as a creator (Creator or you). You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to act for any entity you represent. You must provide accurate onboarding and contact information and control the accounts used for participation. Upon acceptance into the program, you must complete payment onboarding through Ramp, HolyPay’s payment provider, and submit the payment and tax information and documentation requested through Ramp. You must keep that information accurate and current.
Participation begins only after you affirmatively accept these Collab Terms electronically by submitting an application to participate at https://creators.holypay.co/apply-to-participate , and HolyPay accepts you into the applicable path in writing via email. Sponsored and Founding Partner engagements require a separate written agreement accepted by both parties (Program Agreement).
By accepting these Collab Terms, you also agree to HolyPay’s regular Terms of Use (General Terms) and Privacy Policy, both incorporated by reference. You acknowledge that you have read them and understand the information practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enroll in or participate in the Creator Collab Program. These Collab Terms supplement the General Terms.
A Program Agreement controls expressly conflicting creator commercial terms; a definitive equity agreement controls equity matters. These Collab Terms control conflicts concerning creator compensation, deliverables, campaign content rights, and program termination. The General Terms otherwise apply, including their dispute resolution provisions. The Privacy Policy governs HolyPay’s handling of personal information. Marketing materials do not independently create payment or equity rights. Updates to the General Terms and Privacy Policy follow their respective notice and acceptance provisions; changes to creator commercial rights remain subject to Section 8.
1. Participation Paths
- Earn Together Collab is available by application and acceptance. You introduce HolyPay through at least one original promotional post using your assigned referral link or code found in the “Invite & Earn” section of the HolyPay app. No additional posts are required to continue earning on qualifying referrals during their applicable earning periods.
- Sponsored Collab is available for selected campaigns. Before work begins, the Program Agreement must state deliverables, channels, deadlines, review and revision requirements, fees, payment dates, cancellation terms, and content usage rights. The advertised $250–$10,000 range is illustrative of potential packages and is not a guaranteed offer. Separately earned Earn Together compensation continues unless expressly modified in writing.
- Founding Partner Collab is invitation-only and requires a signed Program Agreement covering the trial, deliverables, retainers, bonuses, and the selected long-term path. Revenue share and milestone equity are alternative paths under the Founding Partner framework unless the parties expressly agree otherwise. Neither an invitation nor the title Founding Partner grants equity, authority to bind HolyPay, or legal partnership status.
2. Qualifying Referrals and Attribution
A verified new user is a unique person who registers through an assigned link or code and completes required account verification. Duplicate, fake, previously registered, or self-referred accounts do not qualify. A qualifying business must be new to HolyPay, complete required onboarding, and be validly attributed to you.
Attribution is recorded when the referral registers using the tracked link or code. Each user and business is assigned to one direct referring creator, and each recruited creator to one Founding Partner. Existing accounts cannot be reassigned solely to generate rewards. Where records conflict or tracking fails, HolyPay will review reasonably available evidence in good faith; corrections require verifiable support and cannot result in duplicate rewards.
A qualifying transaction is a legitimate purchase processed through HolyPay and successfully settled. Eligible transaction volume is the amount actually paid for goods or services, excluding HolyPay promotional credits. Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, fraudulent activity, circular payments, and artificially funded transactions are excluded. Partial refunds reduce eligible volume proportionately.
3. Earn Together Rewards
Unless a Program Agreement states otherwise, a qualifying user referral earns you a $5 cash signup bonus after verified registration, plus the promotional HolyPay Cash listed in the Invite & Earn section of the app after that user completes a first qualifying payment. A qualifying business referral earns you a $25 cash activation bonus after the business registers, connects its bank account, and launches its profile to accept HolyPay, plus $25 in HolyPay Cash after its first qualifying payment is accepted and settled. Each milestone is available once per qualifying referral.
Your transaction commission is 0.5% of eligible transaction volume from users you directly refer and 1% of eligible transaction volume processed by businesses you directly refer. Each referral has a separate 24-month earning period beginning on that referral’s registration date. A later first payment does not restart or extend that period.
Only one primary referral commission applies to a transaction: if a business referral commission applies, it takes priority over a user referral commission, even when the referrals belong to different creators. Otherwise, the qualifying user referral commission applies. A permitted Founding Partner creator override may be added as described below. Earnings examples do not override this rule or guarantee conversion, spending, or income.
4. HolyPay Cash and Follower Offers
HolyPay Cash is promotional in-app credit, separate from cash compensation. It cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash. Use is subject to the applicable reward terms presented before issuance, including any stated expiration or eligible purchase restrictions. No undisclosed expiration is created by these Collab Terms.
The program materials describe a $10 HolyPay Cash benefit for eligible referred followers to use on their first in-app purchase. That benefit belongs to the follower and is separate from your rewards. Promote only the offer currently confirmed by HolyPay and disclose material eligibility and redemption restrictions. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rewards already earned under an applicable offer.
5. Verification and Payment
Cash bonuses are paid within 30 days after verification. Unless a Program Agreement supplies a different schedule, transaction commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days after month-end once settlement and eligibility are verified. Retainers and sponsored fees follow the Program Agreement. All cash compensation, including bonuses, transaction commissions, retainers, and sponsored fees, is paid in US dollars through Ramp to your designated payout account. HolyPay Cash is credited in the app and is not paid through Ramp.
HolyPay will review submitted milestones within 30 days after receiving reasonably necessary evidence, or explain any pending verification and needed information. HolyPay may temporarily withhold only amounts reasonably affected by a genuine fraud, settlement, attribution, or compliance dispute and will pay undisputed amounts on schedule. Before HolyPay can issue a cash payment, you must complete Ramp onboarding and provide valid payment and tax information and any required documentation through Ramp. Incomplete onboarding or missing or inaccurate information may delay payment but does not itself cancel earned compensation. HolyPay will release otherwise due, verified amounts within 30 days after these requirements are completed, subject to any unresolved verification described above. Submit sensitive payment and tax details through Ramp rather than by email to HolyPay.
HolyPay may reverse ineligible rewards and offset documented overpayments against future earnings, with an itemized explanation. Good-faith attribution disputes may be submitted to collab@holypay.app, preferably within 60 days after the relevant statement. HolyPay will review supporting evidence and explain its decision. You are responsible for your taxes; HolyPay may make legally required withholding and reporting.
6. Content Standards and Disclosures
Your content must be truthful, reflect your actual experience, and use only material you have permission to share. Follow the rules of each platform where you post, including its branded content and paid partnership requirements, and all applicable laws.
Use the platform’s disclosure tools and add any disclosures required by law. Do not make misleading claims, use fake engagement, or manipulate referrals or payments.
HolyPay may require you to correct or remove content that violates these requirements and may pause the affected campaign until corrected. Approval before posting is required only if your Program Agreement says so.
7. Content Rights and Confidentiality
You retain ownership of your content. Unless a Program Agreement states otherwise, you grant HolyPay a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license during participation and for 12 months afterward to repost your public program content on HolyPay-owned organic social channels and its website, with your name, handle, and likeness as included in that content. HolyPay may resize or format content but may not materially change your meaning or remove disclosures. Existing organic posts may remain archived afterward, but no new uses are permitted after the license expires.
Paid advertising, boosting, account whitelisting, sublicensing to unrelated parties, or materially edited derivative content requires a separate written license stating scope and duration. HolyPay grants you a limited, revocable right during participation to use supplied brand materials solely for authorized promotion. Neither party may imply endorsement beyond the agreed collaboration.
8. Termination and Changes
Either party may end participation on 14 days’ written notice unless a Program Agreement provides otherwise. A material breach may be terminated after written notice and 10 days to cure where cure is reasonably possible. HolyPay may suspend or terminate immediately for fraud, illegal conduct, or an urgent security risk, with an explanation to the extent legally permitted.
Termination ends eligibility for new referrals and future work. HolyPay will pay earned, verified compensation and any cancellation amounts due under the Program Agreement. Following termination without creator fraud or a material breach affecting the referrals, existing qualifying referrals continue earning through their original 24-month periods, including applicable creator overrides, without additional posting. HolyPay may disqualify activity proven to be affected by fraud or breach; unrelated valid earnings are not automatically forfeited. Equity treatment is governed exclusively by the definitive equity agreement.
HolyPay may update these Collab Terms prospectively on at least 30 days’ written notice. Material changes require your affirmative acceptance before applying to new participation. Changes do not retroactively reduce earned compensation, agreed existing referral earning periods, or signed campaign commitments. If you decline changes, participation may end under this section while accrued and surviving rights remain intact.
9. Relationship and General Terms
The parties intend an independent contractor relationship, subject to applicable law. You control how you perform the agreed work, bear your own expenses unless otherwise agreed, and receive no employee benefits under these Collab Terms. Participation is nonexclusive unless a separate written agreement defines a specific exclusivity obligation. You cannot assign payment or performance obligations without HolyPay’s written consent, except as permitted by law.
Neither party guarantees audience growth, payment volume, uninterrupted platform availability, or future opportunities. The General Terms’ warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification and release provisions apply according to their scope and applicable law. They do not cancel HolyPay’s express payment obligations under these Collab Terms or a Program Agreement. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waives nonwaivable statutory rights.
The General Terms’ choice-of-law and dispute-resolution provisions govern, including their arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, exceptions, and court provisions, subject to applicable law. Review those provisions carefully before accepting. These Collab Terms do not establish a separate or conflicting dispute process.
Notices may be sent to your registered email and to collabs@holypay.app. These Collab Terms, the incorporated General Terms and Privacy Policy, and applicable Program Agreements constitute the entire agreement on this program. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues where legally permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Payment obligations, agreed continuing commissions, licenses for their stated duration, confidentiality, and provisions necessary to resolve disputes survive termination.
